Happy Easter, Happy Spring, my friends!
As the full Pink moon rises this evening here at the beach we are blessed by a warmer low wind day.
Spring has its ups and downs, yes mostly grey, rainy, and cold, BUT hopeful. I love adding small touches for April and May,
...though my egg collection maybe has blossomed out of control this year,. Enjoy a visit, virtual tea and cake, a choc egg perhaps?
Chickies, bunnies, flowers...
Family Easter celebrations were last week or still to come.
Menus:
Lasagna and Caesar salad/ cannoli for dessert.
****
roast pork loin with wine gravy/
roasted asparagus and tiny new potatoes in garlic lemon butter /
Bunt cake with drizzled frosting, tinted Easter egg pink or blue?
*****
Or
pork loin medallions piccata, with lemon, capers, baby artichoke hearts
in white wine sauce...
I haven't decide yet, but I made this a few weeks ago to try it out and it was delish!
And of course, always, platters of devilled eggs, a family fave,
Maybe some matzoh ball soup tonight too, if I get busy here and a cold front blows in?
Happy holidays!
love

ReplyDeleteYou make everything look so good. The Italian eggs are terrific in that lovely bowl.
ReplyDeleteI'd love some virtual tea with you. Belated Easter Greetings to you. Health and holidays intervened. I spy a very dear little basket quilt looking lovely in the background. Easter was spent with close family. Perhaps the last one together for a while.
