Garden Peeping ~ Daylily, Hydrangea

Hi~ I snapped a few neighborhood garden pictures this past week. Not the same as Mo and my long rambles but it was nice to go out and see that July is bursting with color and happiness.
Aren't hydrangeas just the best! Look at the blues...

and pinks...

July is daylily season.

My friends who have the tropical garden...before the tropical bulbs kick in, they have giant sunflowers and gorgeous lilies.

Mo often visits.

MY seeds are growing...slowly but my basil is still only 1/2" tall!?

The Weather Bug keeps talking about the ''heat wave here in the Northeast" but the weather here at the beach has been almost uniformly sunny, dry, breezy , and low to mid 70s.

Perfect for my afternoons on the deck.

[update, since you all were nice enough to ask is: Doctors have no clue what is wrong w/ me. "Possibly autoimmune arthritis?" More Rx, painkillers, etc; more tests this week.]
