Checking In!

Good evening friends! I am just checking in, letting you all know my surgery---stage one?---went well on Monday. Many thanks for all your supportive comments and emails. Knowing you all were out there rooting for me means a lot.

Mo is enjoying himself with my friends. I  am so blessed to have them to care for Mo.  I miss him so much but know he is happy and loved.

The bulbs, week one, are doing nicely!

Still a lot of snow, but now I have rain turning to sleet---an ice storm. So again the worries of no power, hence my checking in with not much to share.

lots of love to you all!

  1. Stay safe dear friend and hopefully this storm will pass without too much ice accumulation. Looks like Mo has great B&B accommodations.

  2. Eww, sorry to hear about the ice storm! I hope it doesn't get too bad! Other than that, I'm glad to hear you're doing well, and that Mo is, too. I love the picture of him in the window!

The bulbs are coming along great - the narcissus looks like it may have a nice BIG flowerhead coming! I'm glad you're keeping it growing.

Take care and follow doctor's orders! Have a good weekend!

  3. Your dog is a cutie, that first photo is my favorite, small dog in window. Keep on healing.

  4. So good to hear you're on the mend. Mo peeking through the window is too precious. "Where's Mom"? It's great he's with friends he knows.
Your bulbs are going to be a treat.

  8. I'm so glad your surgery went well and that you felt calm. I hope everything heals well and that you won't need another surgery.
And I really hope the ice storm was just a few pellets of ice and that your power stayed one.
Dear Mo. He's such a cutie.
Your bulbs are coming along so well.
    Take care, Lizzy.
