  3. Your house looks great! Wish I could smell your dried oranges, they look pretty cool. Did you put cinnamon or cloves on them?

Mo needs an elf hat! Or maybe he'd prefer and elf coat?

I hope Penny in Africa is okay, that is a HUGE hailstone! Did she get much damage?

Wishing you and yours a very Merry And Bright Christmas! Put on some music and enjoy the day!

    Thanks for sharing!

  4. Always so fun coming for a Christmas visit at your home, everything is picture perfect! We haven't even wrapped the gifts still here, since we can't go anywhere or have anyone over. Maybe we'll do it while the turkey breast cooks in the crockpot on Christmas day. That is one huge hailstone! Merry Christmas to you and your family!

  5. That cosy elf assistant is the best!

You have a real gift for combining things and making creative corners all through your home. I don't think I'd be able to sit down in that inviting chair! I'd be too busy going from one delightful detail to the next.
I Love the Great Goose, the clever pine cone in its little bowl and your marvellous string of dried orange slices on the dresser. Perfect Thank you for including us in your hospitality.

We were incredibly fortunate to have been on the very edge of the hailstorm path. Other folk had major damage and had to evacuate homes where the hail caused roofs and ceilings to collapse. Periodically, we have severe storms in Nov/Dec, but this was one of the worst.

Wishing you and your dear commentators the very best Compliments of the Season. Stay safe and warm.

    1. I will do that! But briefly they are hand carved wooden angels by Cape Cod artist Mary Beth Baxter. She had a shop in the 1600s Hoskins House in Brewster.

  10. Seeing all of your holiday treasures displayed is like visiting old friends. Such a treat to be able to look at them year after year :) The little Merry Christmas, and Christmas Tree quilts look so cute. And your bed! So colorful and inviting.

Thank you for the tour. I'm glad you decorated. Made me happy to see everything.

  11. Oh your place looks so great! I love all those touches of red. I hope you and Moe had a lovely holiday. I must say I have not been reading much since I'm pooped out from the holiday. Take care and stay safe. Kit
