white out...and high winds

later...skies are blue, winds are frigid.....

my deck....

my un-openable back door! [rem the poor morning glories here?]

I'm knitting! And drinking hot chocolate....What are you all doing to stay cozy and warm?

................gone to the beach

  1. Wow! You sure did get snow. I bet it is even colder being on the water like that. Even on a nice day here, closer to the beach it is always much cooler. Crocheting and hot chocolate sounds like a perfect way to pass the time. Enjoy! Best wishes, Tammy

  2. Oh my did you ever get snow! We have about a foot on the ground and a storm is bearing down on us tonight in the form of more snow and an artic blast from Canada. By Friday we will see a high of 5 degrees. Sipping hot tea and doing alot of football watching (my fav)also taking down some of my Christmas decor. Stay warm! Kit

  3. Hi Lizzy!

I'm so glad you linked up a post on Coastal Blog Posts 2010!! The storage box is so perfect and so are all the beach treasure! I saw you even found a seahorse -how rare is that!!!! You're more than welcome to link up more posts!!

And wow, the snow has certainly piled up!

Thanks again..., and Happy New Year!

  4. Wow, but then we are used to this in upstate New YOrk Lizzy. It's so pretty in the beginning but then turns dirty and slushy. Hope you got lots of knitting done. We got about a foot here and I just stayed indoors knitting hearts and cleaning up from Xmas.
    Nice pictures.
