Oh my gosh, a clock in the bathroom would be so helpful, I have to get me one. And the little acorn is so cute, as is the little pot of flowers. Really enjoyed reading about the reason for your sentimentality. It's a shame your Mom's went missing. A story heard all too often when our parents move on.

Well, I was very taken with the rabbit hole quilt...until I looked at the zinnia quilt. They're BOTH very sweet in their own way.

Kelley
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8918333902682601699.post-78559175754141424652017-04-27T14:09:43.160-04:002017-04-27T14:09:43.160-04:00So glad you had a fun shopping trip and found nice...So glad you had a fun shopping trip and found nice fabric AND fun thrift finds! I like the shirts you got especially the really pale pink one on top. The random quilt/throw looks like it would be fun! The use of the shirt labels too makes me laugh.

Of the two possible quilts I like the Down The Rabbit Hole one better. LOL, it's probably the harder one, right?! Although I'd probably make it with the optional cats instead of the rabbits! Where is Sarah from? I like her accent.

My sister came to visit and one day it was nice, that night it rained and turned cold, the next day was cloudy and windy and in the 40s!! I'm having a hard time keeping up with my own quiltalongs! I was tempted by Down the Rabbit Hole but am in the process of house selling/moving/downsizing and didn't want to take on another project. I've taken one of Sarah Fielke's Craftsy classes and she is excellent. The other project looks so sweet too!Cynthia@wabi-sabi-quiltshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03409769915035855136noreply@blogger.com
