Walking on the beach looks like so much fun...Even when it's cold out!<br />I had an amaryliss for nearly 10 years, I just kept it watered and fed and it bloomed whenever it was ready - I didn't keep it in the dark to time it for Christmas, usually. I had to give up indoor gardening for now because the kitties won't leave things alone!
