New Years Resolutions

Hello, hello!

Stupid New Years resolutions, anyone? I'm not one for making resolutions. It's like how if I say I'm going to diet I am suddenly so hungry I could cry, ya know?

But this year I am promising myself I will TRY to take Mo to the dog park more often. If he wants to run, the big mean dogs there will certainly oblige.
[poor Mo.]
Maybe if we go often it won't seem so scary and stressful?

If the weather stays un-snowy, anyway.

  1. My New Year's resolution is to enjoy the moment I'm in, not look somewhere else in time.

I feel as though I'm always worrying about work or something else I think I'm supposed to be doing that I'm missing right now.

And now is just too good to miss.

And Mo will be fine. He has his best friend and mommy to watch over him.

    Happy New Year.

  2. Well that sounds like a very doable resolution. If I lived nearby I would help you keep it. I love to run around with doggies.

I tend not to make resolutions. I WOULD like to stop being such a procrastinator, but I don't see that happening anytime soon;)

Happy New Year to you and your family!

    1. You know my advice for getting things done: make a list. Pat yourself on the back if you do anything on the list, whatever is left---move it to tomorrow's list!
I wish you were here to go doggy parking! I think not having a friend to go with is the big drawback. My friend who has a dog and granddogs won t go, her dog is a biter, yikes.

  3. LOL, *MY* New Year's Resolution is to clean about 2 square feet of my house per day. Not a big chunk, but if I can do a little each day maybe my house will look better by next Christmas, right?!?! And eat better, not as much junk food. We've gotten into some bad habits!

I'm sure Mo will love getting to the park more often! Maybe by going regularly you'll find what times are best to avoid the big dogs who aren't so friendly? Maybe meet a friendly dog with a friendly owner you can meet for play dates at the park. That would be nice all around!

I'll cross my fingers that we all work on our resolutions!

Hi! I'm allowing comments from everyone, even anonymous for awhile, to see what happens. With comments moderation. Hopefully the awful porn spammer has gone elsewhere. Or you can always email me! I love to hear from everyone.
