A "Ten Best" Day

Nothing happened, no one came to visit...no one required my presence, lol.

Just the sun, and sparkles, and waves....

           gone to the beach......

PS- Below: The ships in the far distance are 10-15 miles away. If you look closely you can see the curvature of the earth, as the far horizon line bends away  on each edge

  1. in so many ways, your life is a vacation - if only looking out the window and taking a brief stroll ... your pictures would be fabulous blown up and framed!

    1. It's all in one's perception of the day/ world/ life. Vacation suits my slacker style!

      Happy you liked the pix!

  2. Today was the last day of my vacation. A vacation, I must admit, that didn't go the way I had planned at all.

I sat in a chair today and read. I felt like a turtle in a shell.

Tomorrow is another day and I get to see if I can find the top of my desk.

R, you've made me feel as though I should walk to the beach and watch the sunset. I'll let you know if I make it.

Thanks for the great photos and for the inspiration.

  3. This makes me long for the ocean. I've been landlocked too long! Lovely photos that made me reminisce. :)
